Jay Meehan is the President and CEO of BWC Solutions. Jay retired from a twenty four year career in federal law enforcement with the United States Marshals Service. He has served as Acting Chief Inspector at a National Intelligence Center, Supervisory Inspector of Regional Coordinator for the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force. Jay was a leader in his field and managed and coordinated large scale complex regional, national, and international investigations. Jay has received numerous awards including the United States Attorney General's OCDETF Directors Award, the New England Narcotics Enforcement Officers Association Award, and the United States Attorney's Outstanding Law Enforcement Officer of the Year Award. After retiring from federal law enforcement, Jay received a federal contractor position to serve as the Body Worn Camera Program Manager for the U.S. Marshals. Jay was instrumental in the development of the body worn camera program for the agency and managed the national program which not only involved the agency's BWC footage but also the ingestion and management of its task force partners all over the United States.
