Tex Lindsey

Director of Sales
Eastern Division

Tex is the Director of Sales for the Eastern U.S. He is a law enforcement (LE) consultant and technical operations specialist.  Since retiring from the United States Marshals Service (USMS) in 2021, Tex has built highly impactful technical and physical security programs for various high-profile corporations. Tex retired from USMS as Chief Inspector after 30 years of exemplary service. He developed, staffed, and resourced funding for the first ever Memorandum of Agreement between the USMS and United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC).  He briefed Department of Justice Executive Leadership, Ambassadors, and foreign government officials on national-level policy and strategy, leading to the enactment of critical U.S. domestic and foreign policy. He was also involved in multiple high-profile arrests and trials, to include the Johnny Stanfa mob case, the Ted Kaczynski Unabomber case, the Latin King Gang case, the D.C. Snipers John Muhammad and Lee Malvo man-hunt, and many more.

He created and commanded the North Carolina Violent Fugitive Task Force, supervising all violent fugitive investigations for the Eastern District of North Carolina and led four high-risk fugitive teams. Tex initiated and managed the USMS participation in the multi-agency Special Operations Division, developing and supervising the production and dissemination of classified intelligence, and establishing successful collaboration with other federal agencies, which resulted in high-impact operations. Tex’s meritorious career has been recognized by several prestigious awards to include: USMS Director’s Award; International Narcotics Association Law Enforcement Officer of the Year; North Carolina Law Enforcement Officer of the Year; Federal Bureau of Investigation Director’s Award; Director of Intelligence Meritorious Award.

Tex served honorably in the United States Navy onboard the USS Constellation CV-64 from 1991 through 1995.

Tex is also a successful entrepreneur and an avid hunter and fisherman. He has established and manages “Outdoor Gentleman”, a company with a mission to connect people through love for the outdoors.  He regularly mentors young hunters, impacting their lives beyond hunting and fishing. 
 
In his new role, Tex will lead our sales efforts in the  Eastern U.S., spearheading strategies to market our many BWC services to all of our brothers and sisters in law enforcement.
