Senior Program Analyst
BWC Solutions is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Program Analysts to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Program Analyst, you will work independently within various law
enforcement agencies Body Worn Camera (BWC) Video Management Systems (VMS) and Digital Evidence Management (DEM) platforms, as well as providing training, mentoring and guidance to Program Analysts in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
● Access and monitor law enforcement agency VMS and/or DEM systems.
● Review recorded BWC footage of Law Enforcement activity.
● Ensure proper categorization of BWC videos per agency retention schedules, policy and
procedure.
● Evaluate evidence for further review.
● Respond to critical incident requests and directions.
● Perform redactions of BWC recordings in accordance with agency requirements and legal
standards.
● Work collaboratively with agency and BWC Solutions management to ensure accurate and
timely delivery of work product.
● Provide training, mentoring and guidance to Program Analysts working on your team.
● Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
● Bachelor's or Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
● 5 years experience working with or in the law enforcement or public safety sector.
● Significant experience in management and leadership roles.
● Experience in providing training.
Skills & Competencies:
● Experience in dealing with Law Enforcement Sensitive material.
● Proven high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
● Strong technological skills: easily learning and adapting to new computerized systems.
● Proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
● Strong analytical and attention to detail skills.
● Intellectual curiosity, and a strong desire for learning.
● Well-organized and able to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment with
flexibility and adaptability in prioritization.
● Strong written and oral communication skills.
● Ability to pass a background investigation and receive a clearance.
● Ability to identify problems, develop solutions and present the information both in writing and
orally.
● Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
● Ability to meet hard deadlines and provide timely and accurate work.
● Familiarity with using various BWC VMS and DEM systems is preferable but not required.
